After the federation registration request is filed with the TSE, the Court will analyze, among other points, regularity and compliance with formal requirements, such as approval of the Statute by the two subtitles.
There are currently three in operation in the country: PSDB and Citizenship; PSOL and Network; and PT, PC do B and PV.
