At the time, she was studying medicine at Faculdade Nova Esperança, in João Pessoa. Since then, Louise has graduated and got two jobs as a doctor, without giving up her position in Motta’s office.
She started in Motta’s office in August 2018 with a salary of R$2,800, in addition to R$1,800 in aid. In total, he received around R$240,000 to work for the deputy from that year until this month.
Since August 2025, Louise has also been hired by João Pessoa City Hall as a doctor, with a salary of R$9,400 per month. She received payment in August and September, while maintaining her position in Motta’s cabinet.
There is no information about how much she earns in Alhandra, where she was hired on September 18 of this year, according to the Ministry of Health’s system. Her working hours are 20 hours per week.
The position of parliamentary secretary has a 40-hour work week and is prohibited from performing another public function. There is no need to clock in with biometrics in the Chamber, and Louise is hired to assist the deputy in the state, in Paraíba, without .
When contacted on Wednesday (8), Motta stated that Louise was no longer part of his cabinet. On the Chamber’s website, updated after contact from the reporter, it appears that she worked until Tuesday (7). The act of dismissal has not yet been published in the Chamber’s administrative bulletins.
In July, the president of the Chamber said, through his advisor, that he valued “strict compliance with the obligations of employees in his office, including those who work remotely and are exempt from duty within the rules established by the Chamber”.

Louise joined Motta’s office in August 2018. At the time, she was studying pharmacy. The following year, she was approved at a medical school and spent six months in Mossoró (RN), even hired to work in the office in Paraíba.
At the beginning of 2020, he managed to transfer to an institution in João Pessoa, from which he graduated at the beginning of July. During this period, she was also approved to enroll in an extension course at another college in the capital of Paraíba.
Louise is the daughter of former councilor Marcílio Lacerda (Republicanos-PB), from the municipality of Conceição (PB).
His father was a councilor for three terms and, in 2024, ran for the Republican Party for mayor of the city. His uncle, Nilson de Lacerda, was mayor of Conceição and is a deputy state deputy, also for the Republicans. The president of the party in the state is Motta.
