Concept eliminates one of the main problems of conventional gyms: excess students
A new model is attracting attention by offering an alternative to traditional crowded weight rooms. With an investment of R$8 million, the Silva Gym chain focuses on training by appointment, close service and a focus on the community to improve the experience of those looking to take care of their physical and mental health.
The concept eliminates one of the main problems of conventional gyms: excess students. Each practitioner has a set time to train, which allows for individual monitoring and avoids queuing for equipment. The environment is designed to offer comfort and a feeling of exclusivity, according to the creators.
Currently, Silva Gym has units in Moema, Pinheiros and Vila Mariana. The goal is to reach 15 gyms in the capital of São Paulo by 2026, without giving up the personalized service that marks the project.
In addition to training, the model seeks to encourage coexistence among students, promoting events and meetings aimed at integrating the fitness community. “This type of proposal reinforces a trend observed in large capitals: the cultural movement of humanized fitness, in which exclusivity, connection and purpose start to have as much weight as physical results”, says Rafael Silva, founder of the network.
According to him, the difference lies in offering a complete experience, and not just an exercise space. “We believe that the future of fitness is in experience, community and connections, not quantity”, adds Silva.
