Julen Lopetegui, current Qatar coach, had a painful moment during a team game. The Spanish coach took a big hit, leaving him momentarily stunned, but in the end he reacted to the situation with good humor.
“I got up before the count of 10… I took the beating”, joked Lopetegui, showing that he had not lost his sporting spirit. In an equally relaxed tone, he added: “The one who threw the ball at me was a player on my team, he was willing… but he’s ready for the World Cup.”
