Ramon Rocha Queiroz, known as Dino, was Olympia champion in the early hours of last Sunday (12) in Las Vegas, United States. With the title, he became the first Brazilian in history to win the most prestigious championship in world bodybuilding in a male category – in this case, Classic Physique.
In a press conference this Thursday afternoon (16), the bodybuilder from Acre said that, sometimes, he feels like responding harshly to his critics. However, he assumes that “the best way for you to respond to ‘haters’ is by doing what we did [se tornar o melhor do mundo em sua categoria]”.
The best classic bodybuilder today also spoke about mental health: “Over time, you acquire maturity and knowledge. You can be calmer, you don’t worry about anything because you know you’ve done your 100%. Taking care of your mental health is very important because, before the body, comes the mind. Psychological support makes a lot of difference. There’s a lot to achieve, you just need to work your mind on it.”
In addition to the press conference, today’s event – hosted at the Supley Group Training Center, in São Caetano do Sul – featured the change of Dino’s staff. Now, the image located on one of the walls of the establishment shows the athlete with the gold medal won at Olympia 2025. Fabrício Pacholok, his coach and two-time Olympia champion, also received a new photo.
Dino will introduce himself to the Brazilian public through a “guest posing” at Olympia Brasil, which will take place this weekend in the Anhembi District, in São Paulo.
