Minister Luis, president of the (Supreme Federal Court), scheduled the extraordinary session to vote on the action that decriminalizes pregnancy up to the 12th week starting from this Friday (17th) until next Monday (20th).
The decision was taken after a request from the minister, this Friday. The act was one of his last at court before retirement. He must vote in favor of the legality of the procedure.
