The Ministry of Health of the Hamas government in the Strip announced that Israel handed over 15 bodies of Palestinians it held in its possession to the Red Cross, in exchange for the body of a hostage handed over last night. The bodies will be delivered to Gaza.
“The Ministry of Health announces the receipt of 15 bodies of martyrs released today by the Israeli occupation and the Red Cross, bringing the total number of bodies received to 135”, states the official statement shared by the EFE Agency.
The ministry reported that some bodies have signs of “abuse and beatings”, as was reported in previous deliveries of bodies victims of the conflict.

The Nasser Hospital, in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza, which received the bodies, was only able to identify seven of the 15 bodies that arrived, given their deteriorated condition.
