Rainer Will, managing director of the Austrian trade association, dished out a lot in a conversation with the Ö1-Morgenjournal last week. The federal government is “damaging its reputation”; it is a “negative moral image” that it is taking action “against the critical infrastructure and its employees”. He even denounced a “hunt for the cheapest thing on the shelf”. The Vienna Market Office also got its fat: it was being “instrumentalized by the media”.
