Starting next Tuesday (21), the Federal Council will judge alleged infractions committed by the president of the entity in Roraima, Ednaldo Vidal.
Elected and re-elected in 2024 to preside over the Order in the state, Vidal is being investigated whether he acted as a ghost employee in Paraíba.
In the representation against Vidal, there are documents from a police investigation, conducted in Areia (PB), which show that he has been a member of the Paraíba Penitentiary Administration Secretariat (SEAP) since 1985.
However, he moved to Roraima in the early 1990s.
In an action at the 5th Regional Court of Guarantees of Patos, Vidal admitted having received salaries from the Paraíba government and promised to return them, thus agreeing on an agreement not to prosecute.
When contacted by the Panel on Thursday, the OAB communications office in Roraima did not respond to requests for comment. Vidal was not located.
