Haddad also stated that government leaders were willing to attach the text proposed by the government to reports that are ready to be voted on in Congress. The minister said that the government shares positive indicators with Congress, which approved several measures of interest to the Executive. He stated, however, that he is having “certain” difficulty in Congress, citing at least two defeats this year.
