At least 50 people, including 22 children, were killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip this morning, Civil Defense in the Palestinian enclave said this Wednesday.
“At least 50 people have been killed, including 22 children and several women and children, following ongoing Israeli attacks since yesterday [terça-feira] at night in the Gaza Strip”, Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Baçal told Agence France-Presse (AFP).
Around 200 people were injured in the “clear and flagrant violation of the ceasefire agreement”, Bassal added, lamenting a “catastrophic and terrifying” situation in Gaza.
