Rio de Janeiro was the target of a “war zone” after a mega operation carried out by the Civil Police, this Tuesday (28). The action took place in the Complexos do Alemão and Penha, in the north of the city, with the aim of stopping the territorial advances of the CV (Comando Vermelho) and arresting criminal leaders.
