The Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDHC) expressed concern about the results of the attack, launched this Tuesday (28) by the Civil and Military Police of Rio de Janeiro in the Alemão and Penha complexes. 
In a statement, the ministry stated that “the fight against organized crime must be conducted based on intelligence, strategic planning and, above all, the preservation of life”.

Operation Containment
Operation Containment had 2,500 police officers and left 115 civilians and four police officers, according to the latest report.
