A man pretended to be Portuguese singer Zé Amaro and got a woman, a fan of the artist, to send him 250,000 euros over three years, the period of time in which they exchanged messages on social media.
The case was scheduled to be commented on in the ‘Current News’ section of the ‘Dois à 10’ program this Monday, November 3rd, however, due to limited time, it was scheduled for broadcast this Tuesday (4).
Even before saying goodbye to the commentators, Cláudio Ramos recalled the identical situation he experienced: “The same thing happened to me, with 27 thousand euros. A woman was deceived (…) because someone pretended to be me”began by counting.
After highlighting that, often, the “fault” lies with the victims themselves, Cláudio Ramos explained in detail how everything happened at the time: “Listen, the lady came to me at my house in Alentejo, I even have her photo so I can put it there, the police went there and everything. She went to tell my mother and sister that she was my girlfriend… on top of that… even if she was a man”he said.
Outraged, Cláudio Ramos also considered: “She wasn’t smart enough to realize that it wasn’t me, but she was smart enough to call a magazine, make a print of messages and send them all”he recalled.
