The Greens see major problems with childcare in Austria: too few places, too short opening times and too much strain on mothers, as they still do the majority of the unpaid care work, i.e. looking after the family, children, parents and household. With the campaign “More childcare. Now.” They want to take countermeasures and push the issue again.
