Klabin’s profit drops 34% in the 3rd quarter

The manufacturer of packaging paper and cellulose Klabin he had profit liquid of R$478 million in the third quarter, a drop in 34% compared to the result recorded in the same period a year earlier.

The company had a Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) tight of R$ 2.12 billion during the period, representing an expansion of 17%, with an increase in the margin of 36% for 39%.

Analysts, on average, expected an adjusted EBITDA of R$2 billionaccording to the LSEG I/B/E/S.

A revenue liquid added R$5.43 billiongrowing 9% in the same comparison, while the volume of sales increased 14%.
