Sport is always good for surprises, but few people expected that. “Sonja Schneeweiss will be the new managing director of the Federal Accounting Agency” (BHAG), was the title of a recent press release from the Ministry of Finance. Schneeweiss, it was said, was “selected as the most suitable candidate during the selection process with the assistance of an external personnel consultant” to “run a service company with more than 500 employees in the future”, namely BHAG.
