Nine-year-old boy hit by car on protective route in Tyrol

Zams – A nine-year-old boy was hit by a car and injured on a protective path in Zams in Tyrol (Landeck district) early on Tuesday afternoon. The boy suddenly drove his scooter onto the protective path “without prior notice” when the 50-year-old driver of the car was approaching it, the police reported. The driver was unable to avoid the collision despite immediately braking.
