Autumn herbal tea recipe

Raw materials:

  • 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm

  • 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint

  • 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile

  • 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers

  • 1-2 slices of dried apple or pear

  • honey or maple syrup to taste

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the herbs and dried fruit in a bowl.

  2. Bring the water to a boil and pour in one teaspoon of the mixture per cup.

  3. Leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes under the lid to retain all the aromas and active ingredients.

  4. Pour through a fine sieve into a mug and season with honey or maple syrup to taste.

Tips for an even better effect

  • If you want to stimulate the nervous system and improve concentration, add a pinch of dried ginger.
  • For a sweeter and warmer taste, you can also add a bit of cinnamon or cloves.
