The Democrats of the United States House Oversight Committee released this Wednesday, 12th, a series of emails from businessman Jeffrey Epstein in which he claims that the President of the United States, Donald Trump, “knew about the girls”, many of whom were minors, and had “spent hours” with one of the victims of the crimes committed by Epstein.
The messages were exchanged after the confession agreement signed by Epstein in 2008, in Florida, when the tycoon admitted running a sex trafficking network. According to the American government, the billionaire sexually exploited more than 250 girls.
Eleven years later, the case resurfaced, the agreement was considered invalid and the billionaire’s arrest for sex trafficking was ordered. According to authorities, he killed himself a few days after being arrested.

The documents, according to congressmen, were culled from thousands of pages and raise new questions about the relationship between Trump and Epstein, who were in contact for years before the sexual exploitation scandal came to light.
Following the release, the White House accused Democrats of running a smear campaign. “The fact is that President Trump expelled Jeffrey Epstein from his club decades ago for harassing his female employees, including Giuffre,” press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

In an email addressed to Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s partner and girlfriend, in April 2011, the businessman mentions the American president.

“I want you to realize that that dog that didn’t bark is Trump.” He added that an unidentified victim “spent hours at my house with him, he was never mentioned once.” “I’ve been thinking about it,” Maxwell wrote in response.
In another email Epstein sent to Michael Wokff, the businessman stated: “Trump said he asked me to resign, I was never a member, of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop,” he wrote.
A third released email shows Epstein questioning Wokff about how to approach their relationship as the Republican was becoming a figure of national relevance.
“I heard that the CNN plan to ask Trump tonight about his relationship with you, either live or in a post-event press conference,” Wokff wrote.
“If we could come up with a response to him, what do you think it should be?” asked Epstein.
“I think you should let him hang himself. If he says he didn’t participate in the plan or go to the house, that will give him valuable political and public relations capital,” Wokff responded.

“You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he might win, you can bail him out, creating a debt. Of course, it is possible that, when asked, he will say that Jeffrey is a great guy, that he has been wronged and is a victim of political correctness, which will be prohibited under the Trump regime,” he concluded.
