Brasília – The son of Brazil’s former head of state Jair Bolsonaro is facing criminal proceedings in his home country for coercing the judiciary. The First Chamber of the Supreme Court approved the indictment of MP Eduardo Bolsonaro. Although the judges could modify their decision by November 25th, this has not yet happened in this committee. Eduardo Bolsonaro currently lives in the USA. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.
