After criticism: Auction of Holocaust documents canceled


Berlin – A controversial auction of Holocaust certificates in Germany has been canceled, according to the North Rhine-Westphalia state government. The head of the auction house reported this to the head of the State Chancellery, Nathanael Liminski (CDU), by telephone, said a spokesman for Liminski. The controversial lots disappeared from the online preview of the auction house in Neuss on Sunday.
