ÖVP wants Lower Austrian model as an upper limit for social assistance

St. Pölten – On the occasion of the planned tightening of social assistance, the Lower Austrian ÖVP regional manager Matthias Zauner once again insisted on Monday that the Lower Austrian model must be the “upper limit” for nationwide standardization. The stricter rules are to be decided in the state parliament session on Thursday. “Lower Austria remains a pioneer in the fight against social abuse,” said Zauner in a press conference on Monday.
