Austin – US President Donald Trump’s Republicans have initially suffered a setback with their planned redrawing of electoral districts to give them a better starting position in important congressional elections. A federal court issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the US state of Texas from using a constituency design decided in the summer as a basis for the so-called midterms next year.
