Vila Vita Parc once again puts Sunday brunch at the center of attention, with an edition that transforms each weekend into an international gastronomic itinerary. According to the NiT portal, the program will continue until May 17th, in a format that covers different regions of the world through themed menus served at Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie, in Porches.
The initiative returns with the aim of combining classic brunch proposals with cuisines from various latitudes. This season, the route starts in Asia and then extends to other continents, always with defined dates and exclusive menus that complement the restaurant’s usual menu.
From Asia to South America
The first stage, dedicated to Asia, runs until December 7th. According to the same source, Bela Vita presents Pan-Asian Feast, a set of dishes influenced by Japan and Southeast Asia. At this stage, options appear, such as ramen, robata, sushi and Thai specialties prepared live, accompanied by matchas, original coffees and floral infusions.
Once this initial trip is complete, the itinerary heads towards South America. The portal writes that the Sabores del Sur cycle, available between December 14th and January 18th, brings together culinary references from several countries in the region. Proposals include fish moqueca, Venezuelan cachupa and Nikkei suggestions, accompanied by artisanal tepache, caipirinhas and mocktails inspired by tropical fruits.
Heading to the Middle East and the Alps
From 2026, brunch takes on new directions. The publication adds that Levant Heritage, scheduled between January 25th and February 15th, features recipes associated with the Middle East, such as lamb koftas, grilled Mediterranean fish, hummus, babaganoush and Turkish coffee.
After this phase, the program continues with the theme Tastes from the Peaks, between February 22nd and March 15th. The same source as this stage is inspired by the Alps and includes Austrian sweets and hot chocolate typical of the region, in an approach that seeks to recover mountain references.
Flavors of North Africa and the Mediterranean end
The route continues in spring. The website explains that between March 22nd and April 19th Bela Vita will serve the edition Sands of Spicefocused on influences from the Middle East and North Africa. Options include traditional tagines, falafel with assorted dips, octopus with Maghrebi seasonings, Moroccan mint tea and lemonade with ginger.
The trip ends with the Mediterranean Riviera, between April 26th and May 17th, according to the same source. At this stage, the brunch pays homage to the coastal areas of the Côte d’Azur, Amalfi and southern Portugal, presenting a combination of dishes that evoke Mediterranean landscapes.
The hotel restaurant located in Porches maintains the usual prices. Remember that the experience costs 59 euros per person, excluding alcoholic drinks, and 29 euros for children between four and 12 years old.
