Sarajevo – Bosnian Serb nationalist Milorad Dodik has declared his party’s candidate the winner of the presidential election in the Serb republic of Bosnia. “Our candidate Sinisa Karan won today’s election,” said Dodik on Sunday at the headquarters of his party SNSD, of which he is the leader. An official election result was initially pending.
