In a game valid for the 36th round of the Brasileirão, Flamengo and Atlético-MG were tied 1-1 this Tuesday (25), at Arena MRV. The result meant that the Rio club lost the opportunity to secure its title in the competition.
Bernard was the scorer of Galo’s winning goal at home, after a beautiful play and assistance from Dudu. In stoppage time, Bruno Henrique scored with a header and left everything the same in Belo Horizonte.
Despite the draw, Mengão maintained the gap to Palmeiras at the top of the table, as the São Paulo team lost to Grêmio 3-1. The Cariocas are in first place with 74 points won, while Verdão has 70.

Atlético-MG started the game with danger in the 18th minute. Striker Hulk crossed at the second post and winger Dudu headed it for an easy save by goalkeeper Agustín Rossi.
