Lagos – After several high-profile kidnapping cases in the country, Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu has declared a nationwide security emergency. “This is a national emergency and we are responding by deploying more security forces on the ground, particularly in areas with security challenges,” Tinubu said on Wednesday.
