Therme Bad Tatzmannsdorf closed after legionella was found

In the Avita thermal baths in Bad Tatzmannsdorf in southern Burgenland, Legionella was found in the bathing water during a routine check on Friday, the state of Burgenland announced. Since a person who had been in the thermal baths in November was ill with legionella, the Oberwart district administration ordered the thermal baths to be closed immediately from Saturday.
