While dry weather reigns in Slovakia, the Nové bývanie show decided to light up the screens with the sun. Already this Sunday at 17:50 on JOJka, a special from Alicante in Spain awaits you. The show’s team went with Michal from Žilina to help him find his dream apartment by the sea. And not only for himself – Michal is also considering real estate as an investment for rent.
Moderator Vlado Voštinár has been part of the Nové bývanie show for 18 years and during that time he has traveled all over Slovakiabut they go abroad more and more often. Even after years, he can get excited about new environments – especially if they are sunny, pleasant and out of the ordinary routine.
“It happens to me often. I say to myself – I could imagine living here. But I stay calm even in such situations, because I don’t want to change or invest. It usually ends with me recommending to interested parties to focus more on the given property,” laughs the presenter.
Even after years, he can get excited about new environments – especially if they are sunny, pleasant and out of the ordinary routine. Although the idea of holidays in an apartment by the sea appeals to him, he would not spend Christmas abroad. “I’m clear on this one. But other holidays for sure,” he revealed.
