The life of the couple Adela and Viktor Vincze turned 180 degrees three years ago when the authorities called them that they had a baby for adoption. However, this did not immediately mean that they would take him home. The first meeting was important. With the passage of time, both admitted that they were afraid of this moment.
During the adoption process, the couple visited experts who stressed to them that it is important to “fall in love” with the child at first sight. No one was forcing them to marry the first baby they met. In their case, however, it clicked right away and they both felt the same way. They talked about the baby’s gender in the summer of 2023 and revealed the name at the beginning of May 2024, when the adoption process was officially completed. Since then, the married couple has spoken more openly about their child.
On the social network, Vincze has now added a unique photo in which Maxík was still a baby. “He first came to our house three years ago. I remember exactly how he slept in the egg, how light he was, how quietly he breathed, and I was afraid if we would make it through. The first sleepless nights, tears from fatigue, laughter even for no apparent reason. Every day it teaches me patience, peace and that I don’t have to be in control of everything“, he wrote emotionally.
Parenting influenced them. “And today I know that he has not only changed our household, but especially me. He is in every little thing, in chaos, in joy, in silence and in noise. At the beginning of December 2022, Maxík was born from our hearts, that’s why we call this day “hearts”. And every time my thoughts slip to worry about seemingly very important things, I remember Maxík’s new sentence, which he often repeats now: “I love being your son” (I love being your son, editor’s note),” revealed Viktor.
