A ex-BBB Lumena Aleluia, 34, spoke about what she missed most while on the reality showin 2021. According to her, Being without your vibrator was one of the reasons you had problems in confinement.
In an interview with CNNthe influencer commented that she has “a very intense [com o vibrador]: It brings mental health and releases dopamine and serotonin. You saw that there, with his absence, I was left with scruffy farms.”
When asked if she would return to BBB — which will be part of the 2026 edition —, Lumena said that she would only accept if she formed a pair with her psychiatrist.
Furthermore, the influencer gave some advice for the next BBB participants: “Get involved! As a good fan of reality shows, I know it’s an incredible experience to get to know yourself better and meet other people. It’s a great game and a great outburst, but in the end, we can play and always make lemonade out of lemons.”
Lumena was chosen as the muse of the Rio samba school Estácio de Sá and said she was undergoing intense preparation to enter Sapucaí with the Rio club.
“Samba has been my fuel, oxygen and my guiding principle for making a living from art. It’s a test of endurance, but I’m being accompanied by a team of incredible professionals: from samba classes as nutritional support, to a personal trainer and psychologist. It’s a great opportunity to learn and, above all, to get to know the community and be welcomed.”
According to her, the aesthetic pressure — which sometimes affects Carnival’s prominent people — is not affecting her, but rather helping her to invest in mental health and take care of her body.
