Vitoria Gasteiz – The troubled Spanish football champions Real Madrid have once again revealed weaknesses in La Liga, but have postponed the future questions surrounding coach Xabi Alonso, at least for the time being. The second-place team managed a narrow but lackluster 2-1 (1-0) against the midfield team Deportivo Alavés. Most recently there were two defeats against Celta Vigo and Manchester City.
