This Tuesday morning (16), a search and seizure warrant was carried out against federal deputy Antônio Doido (MDB-PA), as part of an investigation into the embezzlement of public funds through fraud in tenders.
According to the PF, 31 search and seizure warrants are being executed in Pará and DF. There was no search and seizure at , only in the parliamentarian’s functional apartment.
The operation was authorized by the minister of the (Federal Supreme Court).
“The crimes of electoral corruption, active and passive corruption, bidding crimes, money laundering and criminal organization are being investigated,” said the PF, in a statement.
The search and seizure warrant is carried out in Antônio Doido’s functional apartment.
In January, an advisor to Antonio Doido, an ally of the governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho (MDB), was in cash and in possession of an armored car in .
In 2024, R$4.9 million were seized before the first round of elections with a military police officer linked to Antônio Doido, who withdrew the money at Banco do Brasil in Castanhal (PA).
