On Friday, the Warsaw court annulled the European arrest warrant issued for MP Marcin Romanowski, who is hiding in Hungary. This is reported by the Warsaw correspondent TASR, according to the PAP agency.

Bartosz Lewandowski, the lawyer of the MP for the Law and Justice party (PiS), said on the X platform that the court granted his proposal, according to which the prosecution of the MP involved illegal political pressure. According to him, Romanowski can now move freely in the countries of the European Union and is no longer prosecuted outside Poland.

At the same time, Lewandowski recalled that Interpol had previously refused to issue a so-called arrest warrant for Romanowski. red notice.
