Holidays are a time when we eagerly reach for proven recipes, but we also often want to introduce something new. The sun salad perfectly combines familiar flavors with a modern form and short preparation time.
This dish delights not only with its taste, but also with its simplicity. All ingredients are easily available, and their combination creates a harmonious, expressive whole that will look great on the holiday table. To prepare sun salad you need:
- ¾ can of pineapple pieces,
- 1 can of canned corn,
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 250 g of yellow cheese,
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 500 g chicken breast,
- 6 eggs,
- salt and pepper,
- fresh dill or parsley for decoration.
This set of ingredients makes the salad filling and light at the same time. Bright colors and fresh additions make it look exceptionally appetizing next to traditional Christmas dishes.

Preparing this salad will take no more than 20 minutes. Fry the chicken breast in a pan, season with salt, and after cooling, cut it into small cubes. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Corn and Drain the pineapple thoroughlyand additionally crush the pineapple. Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater.
