For the second time in a year, Kosovo is electing a parliament

For the second time in a year, Kosovars are going to the polls on Sunday. After the elections on February 9th, Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s Vetëvendosje (VV, self-determination) party, which received the most votes, was unable to form a government. The other parties refused to form a coalition. Initially, the VV had insisted on a candidate for the election of the President of Parliament for three months, which led to the fronts becoming even more hardened.
