Münzkirchen – A 17-year-old was seriously injured by an illegal firecracker in Münzkirchen (Schärding district) on Tuesday, and his 16-year-old friend was slightly injured. The younger one had set off a firecracker that the older one was still holding in his hand. According to the police, it was a category F4 firecracker that could only be used by people with the appropriate specialist knowledge.
