Lela tries to be strong after the arrest of Vémol: She has to lie to the children! He says that Karlos…

Czech police and customs officials intervened in the house of MMA wrestler Karlos Vémola (40) the day before Christmas. According to local media, they are working with the version that he helped transport 20 kg of cocaine from Great Britain to the Czech Republic. If found guilty, he faces 10 to 18 years in prison. At the same time, Vémola announced the day before the intervention that he had to undergo surgery. According to his wife Lela (36) took advantage of this and mercilessly lied to the unsuspecting children.

A few hours before the raid, the wrestler announced to fans that he was going to a pre-planned operation with acute inflammation of the jaw. Since then, however, he has been in custody and he only underwent the procedure with a week’s delay. According to a source close to the family, the children – Lili (6), Rocky (4) and Arnie (8 months) – did not notice their father’s absence much, and when it comes to that, Lela has to tell them a little lie.

“He tells the kids that Karlos had to go into surgery and now he’ll be recovering for about three weeks. Then we’ll see what happens next…” he shrugged shoulders the source of Lightning. “Lela is mostly very tired. But she manages it bravely and tries to be strong in front of the children. When they play, she sometimes cries, but she tries not to pass it on to them. She doesn’t deal with them and stays in front of them and is fine,” he concluded.

Vémola was detained in the village of Měchenice near Prague before the Christmas holidays. in the past, he was already convicted of a drug offense in Britain. He was then sentenced to a year in prison. Police forces from the special unit worked on the case of cocaine transportation for more than two years. “The client is accused of participating in a transaction that should have taken place five years ago, moreover abroad. The relevant perpetrator has already been convicted for this transaction,” said Vémol’s lawyer Vlastimil Rampula.

In addition to the well-known wrestler, two other defendants were sent to custody. They detained Antonín Beck and his son with the same name, who, according to two independent sources of the Czech website, should have been released. Antonín Beck Jr. is a young Czech lightweight fighter, he was supposed to train under the guidance of Karlos Vémola.

Vémola is accused of particularly serious organized drug activity on an international scale, according to Czech law this is qualified by the most severe paragraph and a sentence of 10 to 18 years in prison. The wrestler himself has already commented on the whole case on social networks.

“Thank you all for the words of support that have been coming to me. I really appreciate it. I don’t understand at all why I was accused in a five-year-old case that I know nothing about and it’s already been solved. I’m trying to cope.” stated.
