The musical program starts at 6pm with Álamo Kário. At 8pm, Pagodinho from HG takes the stage. At 10pm, the attraction will be the band Pegada Prime. Throughout the event, DJ El Mascarado will control the sound system during breaks between shows. There will also be fireworks at midnight to mark the New Year.
“We are going to end this night, our 31st, with a great party. Let’s look at our hearts: we are suffering from the flooding, but, thank God, He has already given us a little time, the river has started to recede and people’s suffering has eased. So, we will have a beautiful party here, tonight, for New Year’s Eve. Come, bring your family and friends, and let’s celebrate New Year’s Eve for 2026”, said the mayor.
Bocalom announced something new: the City Hall, through the Municipal Department of Education, will provide transportation so that families who are still in shelters can go to the square and follow the program.
“We, at the request of the mayor and the entire team, are preparing to bring, in this great New Year’s Eve party, renewing our faith and hope, the families who are also going through this suffering due to the flooding. Education buses will be available to bring these families here today, bringing joy to their hearts. We need to act sensitively and serve those who need it most”, concluded vice-mayor Alysson Bestene.
