Acre recorded 113 deaths in traffic accidents between January and November 2025, according to data from the Traffic Accident Monitoring Panel with Fatal Victims, released by the Public Ministry of the State of Acre (MPAC). The number represents a reduction compared to the same period in 2024, when 126 deaths were recorded.
According to the survey, deaths in 2025 occurred in 106 fatal accidents. Despite the drop in the annual comparison, MPAC highlights that the rates remain high, especially in the second half of the year, a period that concentrated the most critical months.

In 2024, the 126 deaths were not distributed evenly throughout the year. The highest number was recorded in August, with 16 fatalities, followed by September, with 15 deaths. The months of March and October also presented significant numbers, with 14 deaths each. February and April had the lowest records, both with eight deaths.
In the year 2025, even with consolidated data only up to November, the total number of fatalities is already close to that recorded in the previous year. The most violent month was September, which again reached a peak of 16 deaths, repeating the highest level observed in 2024.
The first months of 2025 showed lower numbers, with seven deaths in January and six in February and March. However, from April onwards, registrations started to grow gradually, which contributed to the increase in the total in the period analyzed.
The Public Ministry reinforces that, despite the reduction in the annual comparison, the data highlights the need for continuous prevention, inspection and awareness actions to reduce violence in traffic in Acre.
