Ukraine guarantees that only “the details” are missing for a peace agreement

Ukraine assured this Sunday that there is already 90% agreement between the parties involved in creating a peace agreement that puts an end to the war with Russia and that only “the details” are missing.

The information was released by the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, on the social network Telegram, about a peace proposal that is being negotiated between Kiev, delegations from European countries, representatives of the European Union, NATO and the United States.

“They discussed security guarantees, the points of the peace plan, economic recovery and political-military issues. Most of the positions, 90% of the peace plan, have already been agreed. We are working on the details,” Umerov wrote.

In recent days, diplomatic actions have intensified around the with the aim of aligning joint positions and strategies, ahead of the meeting of Western leaders, mostly European, who are part of the so-called “Coalition of the Willing” which is scheduled for Tuesday in Paris.
