Formula 1 will have important news in the coming seasons with the return of Valtteri Bottas e Sergio Perez to the grid. The two pilots will defend the Cadillacnew team confirmed as the 11th team in the categorymarking a new phase in the American automaker’s automobile project.

The project began with the association with Andrettiwho had been seeking entry into Formula 1 in recent years. After negotiations and adjustments required by the category, the initiative was consolidated with the creation of its own team, now officially under the Cadillac brand.
In its debut season, the team will use Ferrari enginesbetting on a strong technical partnership to gain competitiveness from the first years on the grid. The expectation is that the experience of Bottas and Pérez will be fundamental in the development of the car and the structuring of the team.
Bottas returns after playing for traditional Formula 1 teams, while Pérez returns to the grid bringing baggage from recent years competing for victories and podiums. The duo combines regularity, technical knowledge and experience in different phases of the category.
