A man died on Monday morning while ice bathing in an apparently completely frozen pond in Wismar in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in northeastern Germany. This is reported by several German media. According to a witness cited by the police, the 40-year-old did not show up after the bath. Emergency services were only able to rescue him dead around midday on Monday.
