Moraes authorizes semi-open regime for Walter Delgatti

Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), authorized hacker Walter Delgatti Netto to progress to the semi-open regime. He was sentenced to eight years and three months in prison for the invasion of the National Justice Council (CNJ) systems.

Delgatti has already served 20% of his sentence, a requirement for progressing through the regime. Now, he will be transferred to an “agricultural, industrial colony or similar establishment”, as determined by Moraes.

The establishment will be defined by the São Paulo Penitentiary Administration Secretariat (Seap), where the hacker is serving his sentence.
