It was published in Official Gazette of the Union this Tuesday (13/1) the call for 254 candidates approved on the waiting list Unified National Competition (CNU 2024) for enrollment in training courses. The call appears in the Notice No. 7/2026.
The new call had already been anticipated by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) and includes higher-level positions in different federal agencies. There are remaining and additional vacancies, after withdrawals and non-enrollment in the second call, held in November.

This new call, which had already been issued by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) last Monday (12/1), includes higher-level positions in several federal bodies.
The candidates invited are from the careers of Foreign Trade Analyst (ACE), Infrastructure Analyst (AIE), Information Technology Analyst (ATI), Technical Analyst of Social Policies (ATPS) and Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management (EPPGG). The call includes remaining and additional vacancies that were not registered after the second call, held in November.
Enrollments must be made exclusively via the website of the National School of Public Administration (Enap), during the January 13 to 20, 2026until 11:59 pm (Brasília time). Participation in the training course will only be guaranteed after confirmation of enrollment within the deadline.
Distribution of vacancies by career:
- Infrastructure Analyst (AIE): 5 vacancies
- Information Technology Analyst (ATI): 177 vacancies
- Technical Analyst of Social Policies (ATPS): 62 vacancies
- Foreign Trade Analyst (ACE): 5 vacancies
- Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management (EPPGG): 5 vacancies
Training courses are mandatory for taking office and will be carried out in Brasilia/DFin person, with workload varying from 380 to 580 hours, depending on the career.
Documentation and financial aid
The notice details the documentation required for registration, which includes personal identification, photo, bank details and, where applicable, proof for federal public servants, people with disabilities, pregnant women or candidates with exceptional health conditions.
Enrolled candidates are entitled to a monthly financial aid corresponding to 50% of the position’s initial remuneration, in accordance with Law No. 9,624/1998. This benefit does not apply to federal employees who choose to maintain the expiration date of their effective position. In case of abandonment of the course, the amounts received must be refunded.
Waiting list rules
According to CNU rules, being called to a specific position implies the automatic deletion of the candidate on the waiting lists for positions that he indicated as least preferred at the time of registration. However, the candidate may still be called in the future for a more preferred position, if their grade and the order of the list allow it.
Panorama to CNU 2024
The first edition of the Unified National Competition (CNU) offered 6,640 vacancies of medium and higher levels of training for 21 bodies and entities of the Federal Executive.
The opportunities are distributed across 8 thematic blocks, segmented as shown below:
- Block 1 – Infrastructure, Exact and Engineering: 727 vacancies;
- Block 2 – Technology, Data, and Information: 597 vacancies;
- Block 3 – Environmental, Agrarian and Biological: 530 vacancies;
- Block 4 – Work and Employee Health: 971 vacancies;
- Block 5 – Education, Health, Social Development and Human Rights: 1,016 vacancies;
- Block 6 – Economic Sectors and Regulation: 359 vacancies;
- Block 7 – Government Management and Public Administration: 1,748 vacancies;
- Block 8 – Intermediate Level: 692 places.
Those approved in the competition will receive starting salaries ranging between R$5,866.69 (IBGE Technician) and R$22,921.71 (Labor Tax Auditor).
The assessments were administered on August 18, in 228 municipalities and more than 2.1 million candidates registered.
CNU 2025
Organized by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, CNU 2025 offers 3,652 vacancies for 32 bodies and entities of the Federal Executive Branch, for positions at medium and higher levels of training.

The objective assessments were applied on October 5th, with the following structure:
- Higher level exams
- 90 multiple choice questions with 5 alternatives (30 general knowledge and 60 specific)
- From 1pm to 6pm (5h duration)
- Mid-level exams
- 68 multiple choice questions (20 general knowledge and 48 specific)
- From 1pm to 4:30pm (3h30 duration)
The discursive tests were carried out on December 7th, as follows:
- Higher level
- 2 discursive questions
- From 1pm to 4pm
- Medium level
- 1 dissertation-argumentative essay
- From 1pm to 3pm
