Still according to official monitoring, at 5:20 am the river reached 13.10 meters, which represents a rise of 17 centimeters in a few hours. The rapid increase in the level reinforces the attention of the authorities, as the volume of rain remains high and new precipitation is expected.

With the Acre River just 23 centimeters above the alert level, Civil Defense intensified monitoring of the situation, especially in riverside areas and neighborhoods historically affected by flooding. The overflow level is 14 meters, a level that, if reached, could cause flooding in several regions of the capital.

Civil Defense remains in a state of permanent surveillance and is ready to adopt preventive measures if the level continues to rise. The guidance is for residents of risk areas to follow official bulletins and communicate any changes to Civil Defense.
