Police release judge from captivity after flash kidnapping in SP

The São Paulo Civil Police released from captivity, this Tuesday morning (20), judge Samuel de Oliveira Magrotax auditor and member of the TIT (Tax and Fees Court of the State of São Paulo), after he was the victim of a not last Sunday (18).

The judge was in captivity located in Osasco, Greater São Paulo.

The last time Samuel had been seen was on Avenida Rebouças, close to Rua Oscar Freire, an upscale area in the West zone of the capital. Samuel was driving a Hyundai Tucson, which has not yet been located, at the time of the kidnapping.

The police were called after the judge called the companion, identified as Paulo, and used keywords that indicated that he had been kidnapped.

Based on the statement, the teams from DAS (Anti-kidnapping Police Station) and Garra (Armed Robbery and Assault Repression Group) .

In total, five people were arrested. They were identified as José Francisco Paulino de Assunção, Adriel Santana de Araújo, Fabio dos Santos Ribeiro Júnior, Maria Tavares da Cruz and Tiphany Vitoria Lopes Faustino de Lima. See images below:
