A team from Rondas Ostensivas Táticas Metropolitanas (ROTAM), with support from the Intelligence Advisory and criminal analysis from the Military Police of Acre (PMAC), served an arrest warrant on the 22nd in Cruzeiro do Sul, in the interior of the state.

The court order was issued by the 2nd Civil Court of Cruzeiro do Sul and targeted JCGP, according to warrant no. 0701963-21.2025.8.01.0002.01.0001-06. Upon confirmation of the court order in force, the police located the individual and arrested him.

After arrest, the man was taken to the Police Station for appropriate procedures. According to the PM, he was presented in normal physical condition, and it was not necessary to use handcuffs while driving. The corporation also reported that the driver was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet.
