Hanover – The former bassist of the legendary hard rock band Scorpions, Francis Buchholz, has died at the age of 71. “We received a corresponding message from his daughter,” said Scorpions spokesman Peter Lanz. The internationally successful band from Hanover separated from Buchholz in 1992 after an argument.
